We loved the perfect location of this cozy cottage, nestled in a lovely little village. Having the bedrooms downstairs was a convenient feature, as it meant no lugging heavy suitcases upstairs. The two bathrooms and two toilets were also very helpful, especially for a larger group like us. The owners had thoughtfully provided a lot of helpful notes and a big file, as well as walking sticks and even boots. The parking permit they provided came in very useful, saving us the worry of finding parking at a reasonable rate in the area.

The location of this place was absolutely perfect for the activities we had planned! The village it was in was so lovely and quaint, and it had such a great vibe. One thing that we really appreciated was that the bedrooms were downstairs, which meant we didn't have to haul our heavy suitcases up any stairs - such a relief! Having two bathrooms and two toilets was also a major plus, it made getting ready in the morning a breeze. The owners had left us so many helpful notes and a big file full of information, it was really thoughtful. They even had walking sticks and boots available, although we didn't need them it was such a cute touch. The parking permit they provided was a lifesaver, we used it in a couple of car parks nearby and it saved us so much hassle. The central location in the village was super convenient, and the beds were incredibly comfy with beautiful clean white bedding. It was such a charming property with jaw-dropping views, the kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed. And with three kids, the layout was ideal - we had enough space to enjoy some rare moments of peace. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the WiFi worked flawlessly. this was a mind-blowingly amazing stay for our first family holiday as a 5, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Absolutely recommend it!

Great self-catering facilities, perfect for a Christmas stay. Conveniently located near the village, walking routes, and bus stops. , the provided car park pass was a lifesaver, making it easy to unload and load the car. the view from the living area upstairs was lovely.
The cottage could use some updating and a deep clean. Some kitchen units were damaged and worn, and both flushing systems in the toilets needed repair.

Conveniently located for exploring the area and dining options. The cottage had character and was comfortable. Spacious and had good facilities nearby.
The cleanliness was not up to standard, with fake nails found in the bedroom and mold and dust in various places. The oven door was broken and the shower had a lot of mold.
